How it started

Libre Solutions was founded 19 years ago by Brett Lord, who at the time was working as a property developer. Frustrated by the constant search for suitable land, long delays in planning, and the difficulty of coordinating multiple contractors across a single project, Brett saw a clear gap in the market. Most firms only covered one part of the process, leaving developers to manage the rest often leading to delays, miscommunication, and unnecessary stress.

 

Libre was created to solve that problem.

Brett’s vision was clear: to keep things simple and take care of everything under one roof. From planning applications and building regulations to architectural and structural design, Libra Solutions brings all the moving parts together. This reduces hassle, saves time, and makes life easier for developers and homeowners alike.
