Pre-Planning & Feasibility
For planning-related projects, we conduct site appraisals, feasibility studies, and pre-application consultations. This stage helps identify risks, explore opportunities, and establish a clear strategy before submitting formal applications.
Step 3:
Planning Applications & Approvals
We prepare and submit planning applications, handling all necessary reports and documentation. Our team manages the process, liaising with local authorities to address queries and improve approval success rates. If required, we also support appeals and enforcement cases.
Step 4:
Building Regulations Compliance
Once planning approval is secured, we ensure compliance with building regulations. Our team prepares technical drawings, specifications, and structural calculations, coordinating with building control to meet all safety and legal requirements. Please note that you cannot build from building regulations drawings.
Step 5:
Construction Drawings to commence building works
Once Building Regulations approval has been granted by the local building control, Libre Solutions will proceed with the preparation of Construction Drawings, ensuring the project is built with intricate detail. We will also liaise closely with contractors on site to guarantee the project is constructed exactly as approved.
Step 6:
Project Coordination & Ongoing Support
Throughout the project, we remain involved to ensure smooth execution. Whether it’s discharging planning conditions, addressing structural concerns, or meeting final compliance checks, we provide expert support until completion.
